Refund and Returns Policy

At MACHLOGIC TECHNOLOGY LIMITED, your satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or needs, and we’re here to help. This policy outlines how you can return or exchange items and the conditions that apply.


1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original, unaltered condition.
  • All original tags must still be attached.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.
  • The return request must be submitted within 30 days from the delivery date.
  • The item must not be damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or stains caused by the customer.

2. Free Return and Exchange for Eligible Items

Hong Kong Orders:
We offer free returns and exchanges for eligible orders within Hong Kong. A prepaid return label will be provided upon request.

International Orders:
Customers outside of Hong Kong are responsible for the return shipping cost. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to avoid delays or loss. The returned item must meet our conditions above to qualify for refund or exchange.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Items marked as final sale or discounted clearance
  • Gift cards
  • Customized or personalized items (if applicable)
  • Items that have been used, washed, worn, or damaged by the customer

4. Returns Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at machlogictech@163.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Approval: We will review your request and send return instructions.
  3. Return Label: For HK orders, we will issue a prepaid label. For international returns, you must arrange shipping at your expense.
  4. Return Window: The product must be shipped within 15 days after return approval.

5. Refund Process

  • Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.
  • Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping Fees: Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the product was defective or incorrect.
  • Customs Fees: For international orders, import duties and taxes are non-refundable.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective:

  • Please contact us at machlogictech@163.com within 7 days of delivery.
  • Attach photos of the issue for verification.
  • If confirmed, we will cover the return shipping and offer a full refund or replacement, depending on availability.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are expected to:

  • Return the item in original condition with all packaging and tags.
  • Use protective packaging to prevent damage during return shipping.
  • For international returns, cover all return shipping, customs duties, and taxes
